Taormina bed designed by CENTRO RICERCHE FLOU, 2021

A double-size bed designed for extremely deep mattresses. A curved line forms the soft headboard, without continuity. Taormina was developed to offer customers a double-size bed for large mattresses that are deeper than standard. The shape of the bed clearly suggests relaxation and intimacy. The proportions of Taormina have been carefully studied to give the right emphasis to the comfort of the mattress without exaggerating the height, and furnish the bedroom with harmony and elegance. There is no continuity between the headboard and the bed base. Its soft generous and welcoming curve is highlighted by the exposed stitching along the edges.
