Illulian was founded in 1959, based in Milano Fashion Quad - Via Manzoni 41, is known worldwide for having created innovative collections of contemporary rugs of the highest quality as well as being a leader in the antique industry.

Illulian makes hand knotted rugs, made by our skilled craftsmen, using himalayan wool and pure natural silk in three different qualities:

• Platinum 120 hand knotted rugs is the most exclusive line. It stands out for the incredibly high quality wool and pure silk used and for the extremely complex handwork – there are 180,000 knots per square meter – which appears to create spectacular “sculpting” effects.

• Gold 100 hand knotted rugs is a line of rugs in wool and silk that is also very elegant, with a density of 150,000 knots per square meter.

• Silver 60 is a new quality of tufted rugs with hand made insertions; still 86,000 knots per square meter.
